REF-OC 5-Step Proven Process

Membership in a REF-OC peer group allows you to take your business to the next level through the power of collective intelligence. The following is our 5-step proven process to ensure a maximum ROI on your membership.

1) Possess a “Learner Mindset”.

A learner mindset is a mental attitude that values learning and growth. It involves being open-minded, curious, and receptive to new ideas and experiences. It is understood that for your business to grow, you must grow.

2) Be Committed.

Attend the nine (9) monthly meetings each year. The other members need you in the room to build relationships of trust and mutual respect. Attend the two (2) Community-wide Meetings and take advantage of as many REF-Global experiences as possible to gain additional perspectives and insights beyond your group. Support the group by identifying potential new members who will strengthen it.

3) Seek Improvement.

Share a case at least two (2) times a year after the meeting, take the appropriate action(s), and bring updates on the progress. A case can seek incremental improvement over time or a breakthrough improvement simultaneously. Be willing to be open and transparent about your case and accountable to the group.

4) Customize Your Experience.

Sign up for the 1:1 coaching as often as possible, but no less than once a quarter. Building a relationship with Ric enables you to work on your business at a more personalized level. During these sessions, you can explore alternatives for the near-term or long-term decisions the business requires you to make.

5) Build Meaningful Relationships.

Make time to get to know the other members of your group beyond the monthly meetings. Attend the Strategies for Success annual offsite, participate in quarterly golf outings, and seek out opportunities for members to meet for lunches, dinners, or social gatherings. The richness of the REF-OC proven process can be fully appreciated through being your authentic self and discovering the joy in spending quality time with the other members.
